I’m Amitai Gross, a strategist, nonprofit executive, operations leader, fundraiser, social scientist, conflict analyst, and mediator. Across my career, I kept encountering the same pattern: many problems blamed on individuals were actually problems of design. Unclear authority creates conflict. Weak participation creates disengagement. Poor systems create burnout. Disconnected fundraising creates instability. This practice exists to help organizations redesign those systems.
